Dr. Paul J. Park

DDS – Expert in Dental Implant, Advanced, and Cosmetic Dentistry in Las Vegas

Dr. Paul J. Park is a highly skilled general and implant dentist proudly serving the Las Vegas community. He holds dual Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degrees—one from the renowned UCLA School of Dentistry in the United States and another from Pusan National University School of Dentistry in South Korea.

With over seven years of hands-on experience in diverse clinical settings, Dr. Park brings a global perspective and advanced expertise to every patient he treats. His specialties include:

  • Wisdom tooth and surgical extractions
  • Root canal therapy
  • Aesthetic and restorative dentistry
     

Dr. Park has delivered comprehensive dental care across West Las Vegas, and also at casino properties in Las Vegas, Mesquite, and Laughlin—serving hardworking hospitality employees. His commitment to community health extends further; he volunteers his services at the Juvenile Detention Center and Child Haven, helping underserved populations with their oral health needs.

Laura Menchaca

Dental Assistant

Laura has been working as a Dental Assistant since 2022, driven by a passion for patient care and a commitment to upholding the highest standards in the dental field. She earned her Certified Dental Assistant degree from Carrington College, where she gained valuable skills to enhance patient care. Laura is dedicated to ensuring the practice consistently adheres to OSHA guidelines, prioritizing safety through ongoing training and strict adherence to protocols. She takes pride in educating her team on infection control best practices and fostering a compliant, safe environment for both patients and staff.

Outside of work, Laura enjoys spending quality time with her family and indulging in her love of shopping

Haejin Lee

Dental Assistant

Haejin graduated from the Dental Science program at the College of Southern Nevada (CSN) and has been working in the dental field since 2025.

She began her career as a Dental Assistant and currently works at the front desk, where she welcomes patients and ensures they receive attentive and friendly service.

Haejin is dedicated to providing a positive experience for every patient and strives to make each visit comfortable and pleasant.

She enjoys supporting both patients and the dental team to help create a smooth and welcoming environment.

Outside of work, Haejin enjoys spending time with her family and taking walks with her two dogs, Lucky and Ttobok.

Mark Burton-Brooks, RDA

Dental Assistant, Dental Administrative Assistant

Mark has been working as a dental assistant since 2025 and is deeply committed to patient care and the discipline of dentistry.

He earned his certifications as a Dental Assistant and Dental Administrative Assistant from Northwest Career College and
holds the title of Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) through the American Medical Technologists.

During his training, Mark gained extensive knowledge of the sciences and procedures related to dentistry and takes pride in assisting Dr. Park in providing the highest quality dental care possible.

Outside of work, Mark enjoys writing, spending time with friends and family, and the occasional gaming session.

Monique Johnson

Front Office Assistant

Monique is the Front Office Assistant at Elite Care Dental and brings over 20 years of dental experience, with extensive knowledge in patient care and financial coordination.

Her motto is “Easy Peasy Lemon Squeezy.” With a listening ear and a positive attitude, she believes that almost anything can be accomplished at the dental office.

Monique prides herself on delivering exceptional customer care, understanding that visiting the dentist can sometimes feel overwhelming for patients.

Originally from California, she has been living in Las Vegas for over 12 years and now proudly considers herself a Nevadan.
